Can I return or exchange items?All sales are final, at this time. However, we do take into consideration damages that can occur during shipping. If your item is damaged, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@myellefactor.com, please include a clear picture of the items damage (s) after our review, we will contact you with our determination and instructions. Items must not be worn and must be in original packaging.

How do I make AfterPay purchases online?Simply shop online, add items to your cart and select Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. First-time customers will need to create an Afterpay account (with instant approval decision) and returning customers will simply log in to make their purchase. It’s that easy! Please note that all items in your shopping cart must be eligible for Afterpay. A minimum purchase amount of $1 may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify.
