SHIPPING POLICY

At Elle Factor, we are committed to getting your fashion jewelry to you as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped within 5 business days. However, please note that customized items or back-ordered products may have longer shipping times. If you have any questions about your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at admin@myellefactor.com.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Currently, we do not offer refunds for items. However, exchanges may be permissible at the sole discretion of our company and is based on damage outside of your control. If you wish to request an exchange for your item, you must notify us within two days of receiving the product. We will work swiftly to address the issue and find a suitable resolution. Please note that the eligibility of an exchange will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and our decision shall be final.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team at admin@myellefactor.com. They will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions on how to return the item. The item that you wish to exchange must be in its original condition, unused, and with all the original packaging intact. Items permissible of exchange must be exchanged for the same item or toward an item of greater value. If the item(s) originally ordered are no longer available, clients may also opt for store credit.

Shipping costs associated with an item eligible for exchange shall be borne by Elle Factor.
